Complete couplings
Complete couplings consist of two backing flanges, an insert, and nut bolts, which are essential for creating a secure joint between glass components or glass to non-glass equipment. These couplings are designed to ensure a perfect seal, preventing any leaks during chemical reactions or processes. Inserts are critical components used with backing flanges to ensure secure and leak-proof connections. Our split-ring type inserts are made of Cast Iron with Asbestos Lining or Non-Asbestos material. These inserts are available in a wide range of sizes, from 25DN to 300DN, making them versatile for various industrial applications.
Adaptor Backing Flanges are essential components designed to couple a glass end to a flange with a different bolt configuration. These flanges are typically made of cast iron and come supplied with inserts. They are particularly useful when connecting glass equipment to non-glass equipment such as glass-lined reactors or other industrial machinery. Bellow Flanges
Bellow flanges are used to fit a bellow to a glass component. Standard Bellow are made of Cast Iron. Cast Iron with Epoxy Coated, Cast Iron with PTFE coated, Aluminum, Silumin, Stainless Steel 304 & 316 and are used in FBV, VB, FB type bellow. These are provided with two holes at 180° for Distance-locking bolts and are supplied with a split ring.
PTFE "O" Ring With Locking Collar
Our PTFE “O” Rings with Locking Collars are specially made to be used as gaskets in glass fittings. The locking collar ensures proper positioning of the O-Ring on the glass ends, providing a reliable and effective seal. Ideal for applications requiring a leak-proof, secure joint.
PTFE Bellows are available in two types for connection of Glass Pipeline with another glass pipeline or other metal part. These bellows are used in installation of glass equipment for following purposes :
- to provide safe branching of pipelines from the main glass equipment.
- to accommodate odd degrees and variation in length.
- to minimize the transfer of vibrations from the rotating equipment which is connected to the glass assembly.
